    Product was as described and shipped quickly. not sure why the system won't remove this product from my review list as I have reviewed it twice. I keep reviewing this product and another one that was a filter pump for my fish pond but Ebay keeps coming back to me to review them again and again??? PS: I do not know why I keep getting this item to review as I have done this some 7 or 8 times over the years?? It was good and was used a long time ago and I have bought others since from other sources??? So it was good at the time and I am sure it still is but as I do not have that tractor anymore it is not an issue as my new tractors since take different filters.

    This filter has been changed. It has no metal center tube like the old AM125424 witch means if filter media breaks down it is going into the bearings. I will not use this filter in my John Deere. All so there is no silicone anti drain back valve, they now use nitrate rubber. Cheap! Cheap! Cheap!!!

    OEM for peace of mind!

    Something as important as an oil filter should really be an OEM part. It is a bit expensive for such a small filter compared to its automotive counterpart. A new replacement engine for my mower costs $850.00 so why take a chance on a filter manufactured in China. Update, John Deere has changed these oil filters internally and externally over the years. It appears that the red silicone anti backflow valve is no longer visible.

    Original, New advertised....

    Original, new as advertised and a great price. The filters are extra heavy duty and I figure they will keep the old beast running great for years while using these filters and 10W-30 synthetic oil... There are off-beat Chinese goon filters for about $1.00 less but they are lighter and flimsier all of the way around. You know the old adage you get what you pay for....Thanks You
