After 3 business days without hearing anything I sent an email and they said "it was shipped" and it went out the next day. Granted it's only a shirt but it wasn't really packaged and was just put into a manilla envelope. And it was weird, it had lint/dust bunnies all over it. I picked the big ones off and of course will wash it but it was unusual.
