The shipping label was created quickly, but took 10 days for the item to be scanned at the USPS facility. When I asked the vendor they said they'd been having this issue with the facility. When it arrived it was broken, but they were quick to respond and ship a new one to me free of charge and I didn't need to return the broken one. Overall it was a positive experience.
