Card would not fit in my PCIe slot. Damage wasn't to due to shipping. With seller permission, I was allowed to "fix" the issue by bending the plate back into shape so it would fit in the PCIe slot. GPU ended up working just fine. To seller's credit, they did offer to refund purchase if card did not function after my "fix".
