They were so responsive, made it right asap, and the luggage I bought was just gorgeous with an incredible price. Just thrilled with the purchase and will buy from them again. Unfortunately, when it arrived at the post office, the worker was worried about it being damaged and had already marked as such before taking it home. When I opened the package it was completely broken in half and I was devastated. However, the seller was very kind and helpful, refunded my money and I didn’t have to return it. I 100% do not believe it was the sellers fault at all, it was obviously done in shipping.
