The box was absolutely battered, the treadmill is clearly not new in the box as stated and covered in marks and scuffs, it is a used item, seller should really state that in the listing rather than lying and saying it's new. Won't bother trying to return as seller proven his communication is rubbish. Won't buy from here again.
