If package was not scanned upon delivery to the USPS, it should have been - always ask for a receipt on self-printed postage when taking things to be mailed at the post office - that way they have to scan it and seller will have proof of mailing. Item was poorly packaged (came open during shipment) so had to iron aida cloth before using.
