When I opened the, factory sealed, package there was a part missing, I contacted the seller who offered a FREE return label and FULL refund but, as I wanted the item, we agreed that he would source the missing part which he did and it was quickly sent. All now fitted and it works perfectly. I am VERY happy to recommend this seller who went the extra mile to solve a problem that was not of his making and communicated with well throughout.
