Insinuating that I didn't understand the instruction pamphlet and I must be doing it wrong. He then said that 1 of the 3 pieces was a "gift". I again tried to explain that I didn't ask for a gift. And 2 of the 3 items don't work, and the tacky quality of the pieces are not worth the £20+ that I paid in good faith. I am very disappointed 😞
