    Quite disappointed with this seller; received brooch but the small claw had been broken and glued, Arrived rebroken again in the same place when received. The seller accepted return as damaged in transit when the label was issued. This was odd as the brooch was securely pinned in a hard box within the packaging. I received no direct response even though I supplied photos. The brooch was accepted back by them on the 4th April, but no refund. eBay stepped in and refunded me on the 8th April.
