    The title says it all......WOOD FIRED OVEN COOKBOOK

    really glad l bought this book we have just bought a pizza oven for the garden and was looking for other ideas to cook in it apart from pizzas. loads of good ideas in here and lots of hints about setting up and starting your pizza oven which we did not realize like the best type of wood to use and seasoning the oven ...we thought it was just lite and use...but its telling us that we need to increase the heat gradually having two/three small fires so as not to crack the brickwork ( who knew this )....lots of useful information in this book...so glad l purchased it....Plus lots of photographs ......Excellent book The book is called WOOD-FIRED OVEN COOKBOOK by HOLLY and DAVID JONES Highly Recommend this book if like us you are a novice to brick built ovens

    A "must have guide" for a wood burning Pizza Oven

    The book was a Birthday Present for my son in law so I didn't have time to read it from cover to cover nor try any of the recipes but I did look through the pages and read what sort of recipes were included. I think it is a very well produced book with good photographs and clear presentation. It is good value for money and has a "classy" appearance
