The price is high but, for a tenor jazz peice I think it is a great deal. Both of them did come to me brand new, I loved the packaging that they came in giving it the overall apperance of being a extremely high quality mouthpeice, I just wish they worked out for me

They were so kind and asked no questions. The refund went without a problem at all! My money was refunded quite quickly. My experience with them was 2 thumbs up. I'd buy from them again.
