For each daily page, you will look up the verse, practice writing it out in Arabic and in whichever language is most comfortable for you, look up tafsir points (suggested resources given in the back of the journal), and write out your own reflections and duas for application. You can work through it one day at a time, or jump between different themes to keep it interesting!
