    Great PSU

    Really happy with this, bought it to power a GTX 970 which it does with no problem. More than enough sata leads to power your ssds, hdds and suchlike. Leads are wrapped which makes them look very tidy. Also a bargain, as I was quoted £55 elsewhere for the same PSU.

    It's driving me insane

    So I got this about 3 days ago and non stop its been constantly whining making a humming noise and a high pitched squel like an old squeaky fan and it's driving me mad I recommend you get a better power supply like corsair it's not worth getting this one

    Very quiet Unit

    I'm using a Xeon low power Quad core with a socket adaptor to fit a domestic motherboard. The cooler is a huge passive unit and the only ventilation is via the PSU. There are no issues. This PSU is running three 3 1/2" and a couple of SSDs with no trouble. Graphics are mid range AMD, that and a USB 3.0 PCI card were too much for it's predecessor. I had to take parts out to keep reliability. This PSU is happy with all the equipment in the case :-)

    Cut down from 1200w to 700w as less power needed now. Runs my GTX 1070 well. Great price. Good name.

    OK unit but messy cabling.

    Does its job OK, but the wiring is far too long for anything less than a full tower case. Adequate number of connectors but the braided sleeving is about 25mm too short at each end so looks messy. Really should have been at the very least semi modular wired.
