    Good for muscles

    I've used this for years.i have fibromyalgia and so I'm always low on magnesium. I've tried 4 different types this one works best. People with fibromyalgia need to take magnesium cos the nerve off switch never shuts off and so lots of magnesium Is depleted that way. It stops my muscles from aching and keeps trigger points down to low level. I stopped taking it once to see if there was much of a difference. Well I'll never do that again, within a week I was on my knees. I had no energy and ached all over.

    A life saver for me

    These tablets are a life saver for me. I am on my last choice of drugs for severe cardiac arrhythmias and they had stopped working. Since taking this supplement within 2 days my heart had settled down wonderfully. Have tried other magnesium but they did not work. Would recommend.

    Very good for nervous system

    I started taking these after a nervous system breakdown I had nerve pain everywhere within 4 days of taking them it had subsided. I would stick to the recommended dose .I actually only take 300mg a day one with each of the three meals highly recommended

    effective for me

    comparing with other magnesium products, Dr. Best sounds to be the most efficient one for my magnesium absorption problem (currently facing menopause & low-carb diet - both causing dramatic lost of magnesium). The bigger package seems to be more convenient.
