The fancy top side is not water proof, but there is a zipped enclosure on the fancy top side that a waterproof material can be stuffed in if I want to use the top side water proof, but the beneath side is absolute water proof. Condition is great, appearance is great too. Too good for its price.

I bought it for a single mattress, 25cm and it fit like a glove, perfect. The advertise say it can stretch to 30 cm but I wouldn’t try. It doesn’t look like it can stretch to 30 cm. 25cm thickness is a straight fit and I can’t see any room to fit a thicker mattress. I don’t think there is any better quality than this one on the market and I searched everywhere specially for this price. Really happy with the purchase.
