I provided a crystal clear, hi-res photo of the damaged area, clearly visible significant damage to the holo in multiple places, circled in neon pink. The card was listed NM+. It clearly wasn't. This sort of flippant and blatantly ignorant response towards a buyer's legitimate - proven - claim should cause pause for any potential future buyer. Bad faith.
