However, it was not posted until 10 October so was never going to arrive by 11th. However, this was communicated to the customer, explaining that my wife was taken to the hospital due to a sudden medical emergency. This extreme negative feedback is grossly unfair and shows a complete lack of compassion for a serious, unavoidable personal emergency. We fulfilled the order, and hoped for a reasonable degree of human understanding.
