    OK but not perfect

    This product is not easy to find in stores so I found you online at a less expensive price with free delivery and it arrived quickly. I have not opened all of the packages but so far a couple of them have had smashed (in many pieces and crumbs) cookies. Since they were unboxed, I am not surprised. However, I don' know if I will reorder another time. It depends on how many end of being smashed. Because I am not somebody who throws things out, I did eat them but with difficulty!

    Metamucil wafers

    Absolutely delicious-then in crisp I got the cinnamon and brown sugar. Tasty, follow with one 8 ounce glass of water and you have done your fiber for the day! Great way to take a fiber as a snack!

    an improvement

    These newer fiber "thins" are an improvement over the older, harder "wafers". They deliver a good dose of soluble fiber without the slime effect of the powder, though the material can stick to your teeth. In some ways, these are not as tasty as the chocolate flavored wafers, but that is a matter of taste.

    Great for the Digestive System

    These wafer are very good. I like the cinnamon flavor, doesn't seem like you are eating something that is good for you. The fiber helps with the digestive system & keeps one regular. Just a couple of wafers a day.
