The combo DVD/VCR player/recorder performed as expected except for one thing. A quick call to customer service resolved the issue very quickly (incompatibility of contemporary DVD-RWs with legacy machines). The tech was very helpful. I feel assured that any future warranty issue if any will be handled very well. I highly recommend this seller.

Price included one year parts and labor warranty which other sellers didn’t include - nice! Of course I hope to never have to use it! I played one VHS tape and one DVD and both seemed to work well. It will take me awhile to use the recording functions of this unit, but so far so good. I would definitely buy from this seller again!
