    Unfortunately my experience wasn’t positive with the overall delivery of my product. It arrived over a week later than the expected delivery time frame. I felt my responses wasn’t answered in the messaging process and the main reason for my concern as I no longer needed the item. I ended up with a 30% refund for a birthday banner which cannot be used. The seller used Yodel so for anyone making a purchase, I would recommend chasing with the seller if the item doesn’t move after a few days.
