    Great experience with Hill Country Honda Parts, I was shipped the incorrect part as it was mislabeled by Honda. Box had the correct part number but packaging/bag around the product had a different part number (was for a different side than I needed). Hill Country Honda got the correct product out to me ASAP and included a return label to ship the old part back. Great customer service and great experience!

Packing was not cushioned, and had the box been mishandled, the fragile plastic grill may have been damaged. Thankfully, the package arrived in pristine conition.
