      At 20cm it's a useful size, but not strongly constructed. It's made from mild steel, not sprung steel. As such it's very flimsy, and will bend out of shape easily - not appropriate for a professional kitchen. Suitable for occasional use, it you're careful with it.

      Stainless,so rustproof,very handy.

      I use them over a pan with a couple of inches of water in it to steam vegetables,then place a glass lid over it.
