    The item (carbon brushes) was not what was shown in the adverts but I don't think this was the sellers fault as the carbon filaments were appeared to be installed the wrong way round. However the correspondence from the seller and his quick response to refund and his desire to come to a resolution for me, as the buyer, is reassuring that there are good honest sellers out there. A wee hiccup, but it won't stop me buying from this seller in the future.

    Part received and tested but found leaking fire to a defective seal. I incorrectly submitted my request to the seller as feedback but they were very understanding. The seller then offered me a refund on the item as it was unusable and I was happy to accept it as a resolution. Although I don t have a working bottle filler, I have my money back so all in all I and happy with the outcome. The sellers communications were always good and they were very good to deal with. Great stuff.
