This, of course, no one on this Earth could prove. I did send 4 photos of the empty plastic postal bag. They also tried to apportion blame to the courier. I am a pensioner who is 74, terminally ill with cancer. I am also registered as disabled. I wrote telling them that I want no further business or contact. They mugged me for £11 + p. Disgraceful.
