It came without a PROPRIETARY power cord, making it useless, even though it was a new open box unit and there's no reason why it shouldn't have been there. They offered me a partial refund. By now i should have known better but i accepted and they refunded me pocket change. A fraction of what i paid. The only good i can say is they shipped me something and did communicate. Good experiences end there.
