    Keep the body healthy.

    This book was recommended by Dr. Ken Berry after reading his book " LIES the doctor tells you ". The diet book was very forward thinking on a back to basic ideal food diet principle, and with rise in obesity and modern illness through bad food intake needs to be re-examined by good living devotees.

    Diets!

    This book has changed my eating lifestyle for the better. Some may balk at the prospect of eating so much meat and fat, but that is a smaller part of the diet. The bulk of it is vegetables, salad, and to a lesser extent, fruit. My daughter and I have been on this diet for several months, both lost weight, and not put it back on. The meals are so satisfying, it lessens cravings for other things. The book takes a bit of reading, but well worth it.
