It is so important that sellers are open about the condition of timepieces they advertise - watch collectors rely on the truthfulness of each other in these transactions, and this is exemplified in my dealing with JWH. The packaging could have been more robust, but I imagine it was lightly packed to save on delivery cost. Informed the postman, took photographs and also immediately contacted seller who, to his credit, immediately refunded in FULL. I am still working with JHW to source replacement item.
