    Well packaged. Good communication and regular updates. I have only given 3 stars as the seller uses one description for two nearly identical items. I therefore bought the wrong one, which although I can use it, (the stove cleaner rather than the stove glass cleaner) it's a little annoying when this could be made clearer in the item description at point of sale.

I was then told the description was incorrect and the price was for 1 only not a set of six as described. I received a full refund on request
