    Incredibly fast transaction as card arrived the day after winning. It was packed securely in a new cardboard paced enjvelope for safe transit through the mail system. The card was just as described ans was very good value for money given a trader discount, thank you.

    As usual excellent customer service and communications by the seller. Order was promptly despatched, but delivery was slower than usual. Given value of order I would have welcomed tracking. Delivery by Royal Mail was slow and package was damaged (see photos) - contents not affected happily. Was it covered by insurance? Although supposed to be signed for, the package was simply put through the letterbox with other mail. Not satisfactory, but not the seller's fault. Good value for money.
