Item is brand new, though packaging was not the best (I guess from Fedex handling) I wish if it was wrapped w another box since I like to keep boxes lol. Very satisfied.     Perfect!

    It's exactly as described and perfectly designed for the Sonos Beam. Makes the soundbar look like it's part of the TV. Easy to install and adjust.
