The ones she did send were v poor - spindly and sad looking. Charged me £17.50 for postage which cost her less than £4 for the ones she did bother sending! Also her scribbles on the packaging were impossible to read - didn’t have a clue what was what. Customer was advised that these 2 items would follow. Customer was happy to wait and then changed their mind, so we approved a refund on both missing lines. 10 or more messages have been sent back and forward keep the customer updated which is confusing by what you have written on the feedback. I'm happy with the purchase which would have arrived in great condition, but unfortunately we had a RM delivery person who tried to ram the package repeatedly through the narrow post box slot. Despite the whole package clearIy wrapped in tape marked FRAGILE. Have now given feedback on their poor delivery so hopefully they will not do this again. I've repotted and hopefully they plants will bounce back and be as healthy as UK Plug Plants sent them out.
