They told me they would ship an item to me the next day after I purchased it, but every time I checked the tracking, it was not mailed. The label had been printed, but the product was not taken to the post office. I contacted them several times and they kept saying it was shipped, but the tracking said otherwise. When I asked them to cancel my order, they told me to refuse the package. It arrived two weeks later and I sent it back. Took me a month to get a refund!
