No promise was made in regards to specific packaging outside of the fact that they are in 'new' condition. Buyer gave no time for us to resolve their concerns and instead, sent hostile messages and left this review. Buyer also claiming that the boots are not the same size. Again, no promise was made on them being the same size outside of the other fact being they are the same size(see photos). Unprofessional and disrespectful.

Admittedly, 5 packs of diapers aren't easy to ship. However, the way they were bagged and taped multiple times left them looking pretty ragged by the time they got to me. Doesn't really matter - the diapers were unharmed.
