This was not the case, on the day I received the item there was a red light on, I contacted the seller and the reply was all is O.K., nothing to worry about, then I spotted paint on the lead. I asked for a refund and I would return the item. The seller did not reply and I had to get Ebay involved and the seller left it until the last hour to acknowledge return. The refund was past the due date and Ebay had to step in again, AVOID.
