But there are sophisticated double agents at work, and the counterintelligence efforts of CAT Squad leader John "Doc" Burkholder (Joseph Cortese) prove to be more dangerous than any one could have anticipated; the price they are forced to pay is high. The investigation uncovers a conspiracy involving high-ranking members of the U.S. government to procure plutonium for a neo-Nazi nuclear weapon--a plot that could ultimately lead to another holocaust and subsequent world war. Only the CAT Squad will be able to stop the conspirators in time.
