    Bad seller. They listed the postage as and I paid for "Royal Mail 1st Class". They instead used 2nd class and sent it as a large letter instead of a small parcel so it was over the weight limit. Therefore, they were able to pocket the rest of the postage. Because they used the wrong postage, I had to pay a fee to Royal Mail to receive the item that arrived well over a week late.
