The writing was all in Japanese but I didn't care as I can always google it in English. It was sent via FedEx and the driver actually rang our doorbell letting me know he left the item on our front porch. Amy was terrific to work with and kept me apprised of when I should receive it and also responded quickly to a few questions I had. All in all this seller was very professional and her price was fantastic w/no shipping
