Three days running told it was out for delivery. On the second time I was told to contact them. I did so and they told me the courier couldn't find our property but not to worry it will definitely be there today. Strange really because the courier has been here many times in the past and there was usually some delay.

Unfortunately, one piece was broken, not because of poor packaging, I think in fact it may have been 'over-packaged' or too tightly packaged creating additional pressure on the item. This was amicably and promptly sorted out with seller however.
