Was promised a refund but only if I would first give 5* review! Contacted eBay who stated they would take over but never received refund. The seller claims the courier refused to deliver them (which sounds suspect to me). But, on the plus side, they did give me a full refund. So, I wasted time but got the money back. I'm not likely to deal with them again, but the offer of the refund was appreciated. So, seller wise, they were reasonable at least.
