      I purchased a laptop which arrived with issues related to the fan and keyboard. The seller agreed that I should return the item to them for repairs, with the promise that they would send it back once fixed. I returned the laptop, but after over four weeks, I have not received it back. The seller claimed it had been posted but said they had forgotten the tracking number. I have seen no sign of the laptop and no delivery has occurred. No updates from seller now at all, had to ask ebay to intervine
