    Limited Success for your Male/Female Shrek

    3 sprays to the back of the throat before going to bed. The spray tastes like peppermint toothpaste. Works well but does not last for 8 hours more like 4 hours. For those of you who sleep next to a male/female Shrek, this is effective but I suggest the addition of a snore nose clip as well just to ensure a good nights sleep i.e. more than 4 hours, would save many a relationship.

    Not perfection

    Read previous review, this is good for about 3 - 4 hours after use. It does not stop snoring but it does alleviate the problem for a short while.

    Not sure if it works well as only seems to work for a short time and wouldn't recommend as everyone is different. I would continue to use it myself if I can afford it.
