      We experienced issues with the delivery that did not have a valid tracking number, we contacted the seller & eBay as per the eBay policy of "no delivery within estimated date". The sellers reply accused us of dishonesty for an item less than £5?. Then the seller contacted eBay to claim compensation, NOT us. At NO point did we ask for a refund just the item!. We have waited for nearly 2 months before leaving this feedback to give the seller the benefit of doubt on the posting & delivery of item.

      Feedback is not factually correct. Buyer did not select a tracked postage method opting for a cheaper non tracked delivery method (Royal Mail 2nd class) and then kept asking why there was no tracking information. They then opened a case with zero communication, and were refunded within days some months ago now, despite most likely having taken receipt of order. Not sure what they mean by asking for compensation? There has been no communication since the refund 3rd July so was resolved months ago
