    Hard Boiled is a John Woo action thriller starring Chow Yun Fat as Inspector Tequila, a cop with a penchant for jazz flute and drinking, who has a bit of a rocky relationship with his co worker/girlfriend. While investigating a crime ring bringing illegal guns into his city, he and his partner engage gangsters in a teahouse, where Tequilas partner is killed. He decides to investigate the case much to the dismay of his supervisor who finds the Inspectors style to be reckless and inefficient. If you haven't seen this movie go see it sometime. It is a little dated and the HK melodrama can be roll some eyes, but the action rivals big budget movies of today not in its visuals but choreography and style. A true balls to the wall action flick and a worthy addition to anyones collection.

    Best Gun-Ballets I seen in years

    I got introduce to Hard-Boiled since the mid-2000's when the I looked up onto John Woo's previous work, I have to say I am very impressed with the action and the story is great! it does have a 1990's nostalgia to since the scenes is very much what you expect from that time line. Overall if you are into Hong Kong action movie....Then this film is for you! Totally recommended.
