    The package was supposed to arrive dec. 3rd but was delayed and tracking stopped updating on the 11th. This wasn’t the seller’s fault but their dismissal of my concern for the next three weeks was dumbfounding; they told me it was due to Christmas (again, expected 12/3), dismissed my request to open a lost package claim, & blatantly lied saying it was an international sale despite it shipping from a domestic address. AND despite my request that it be packed well, it was sent in a padded envelope
