Unfortunately for some reason the courier decided to leave my delivery at a care home down the road, after reporting that the item was not delivered to me, the security guard from the home delivered it, so I then had to get in touch with ebay and the seller to let them know I had recieved my package, I would buy from the company again as the timbers they sell are always value for money.

However the packaging was woefully insufficient, whilst not damaged this time, I would say the risk of damage was high. Would recommend the seller pack the items more securely with some protective padding - honestly I’d pay a few more pound for this. Arrived promptly.

EBay marked it as delivered DX courier had it rearranged for delivery yet another day. Contacted seller who doesn’t seem bothered as it’s marked as delivered on eBay, I inform them it hasn’t and sent screenshots of the rearranged delivery, I’m not waiting in another day for a simple item. It’s not good enough. The picture is of the DX arrangement and me with nothing🤷♂️
