    Life's ultimate mission -- the acquisition of delicious, long-lasting jawbreakers -- continues in this platform-exploration styled "Mis-Edventure" from Midway. Like a middle school-aged manifestation of Freudian theory, the id-driven Ed, the egomaniacal Eddy, and self-repressed "Double D" quest together for the ultimate candy commodity, through a series of harebrained schemes and devious scams. As in the animated television series on which it's based, the game is set in the boys' cul-de-sac. Many of the jawbreaker-winning missions involve attempts to deceive the other neighborhood kids, and fan-familiar characters such as Sarah, Jimmy, Jonny (and Plank), Kevin, Rolf, and even the dreaded Kanker Sisters make appearances. Each Ed has different strengths and weakness, and players can switch between the three as they move through the game. In a pinch, the boys can even team up to execute special "All Ed" formations, including the "Batter-Ed," the "Tower-of-Eddy," and the "Trampol-Edd."

      The Edd's swan song?

      Good presentation, defiantly captures the spirit of the show. Mechanically there isn't much to distinguish it from other 3-d platformers. Also, it isn't a particularly long game, with a mere eight chapters. If you can pick it up for a reasonable amount, it's a worth while game for any fan of the show. Otherwise there are better platformers. 3/5.

      Partially entertaining, but misses many marks

      The game has good ideas but missed the mark. It's great to have the voice actors for the game, but the premise for the game's story doesn't hook me. The level design is somewhat scattered and misses opportunities to be more cohesive and compelling. The levels are called "scams" but only the first level so far has been an actual scam like from the show. The controls aren't amazing and sometimes are a hindrance. While you are one of the Eds, the other two sometimes will get stuck somewhere. Glitches do happen in this game, and the small enemies you fight end up being an annoyance since they are everywhere and sometimes take many hits to beat. Overall, it is a little fun for the nostalgia factor but not for much else.

      Great game to get back.

      I’m glad to have this game back. I had it once on another console and I ended up selling it because I no longer had the console to play it on. I had waited patiently to find it on the console I own right now. As soon as I saw it was available, I knew I needed to make a move for it. After I bought it and it arrived in the mail, I opened and began playing it. I remembered a lot from when I played it back then. It’s great to have it again.
