Within hours I received a message that the variant I ordered would not be ready to ship for 2-3 days (in addition to the delivery) but other less popular variants could ship now. As I needed the new phone in a hurry I had to order elsewhere. SmartTek 19 for kept me up to date and processed the refund very rapidly. If they were happy for me to do so, I would use them again, but I'd contact them first to check.
