Returns, Terms & Conditions
We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us through eBay before opening a return request. Many issues can be resolved quickly through troubleshooting, replacement parts or technical assistance.
Returns are accepted in accordance with eBay’s Money Back Guarantee and applicable UK consumer legislation. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
To help us investigate and resolve your claim quickly, we may request:
Clear photographs of the item.
Close-up photographs of the reported fault or damage.
Photographs of the packaging (where transit damage is suspected).
A brief description of the issue.
A short video demonstrating the fault, where appropriate.
Providing this information allows us to assess the issue, provide troubleshooting where appropriate and arrange the quickest possible resolution. Where reasonably requested, we ask that evidence is provided before the item is returned.
Inspection of Returns
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Inspection may include verification of:
Serial numbers and manufacturer identifiers.
Security markings or tamper-evident labels.
Pre-dispatch photographs.
Physical condition and functionality.
Signs of misuse, accidental damage, modification or incorrect installation.
Missing, substituted or damaged components.
Refunds or replacements will be processed following inspection where required.
Buyer Responsibilities
Please ensure the item is suitable for your intended use before purchase. Where compatibility information is provided, it remains the buyer’s responsibility to confirm suitability for their particular application.
Returned items should, where reasonably possible, be returned complete with all supplied accessories, manuals and original packaging.
Security & Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, dispatched items may be documented prior to shipping. This may include serial numbers, security markings, tamper-evident labels, product photographs, packaging photographs and parcel weight records.
These records are retained solely for the purposes of investigating delivery issues, returns and suspected fraudulent activity.
Where returned items differ from those supplied, show evidence of tampering, intentional damage, missing parts or substitution, we reserve the right to provide all relevant evidence to eBay and, where appropriate, the relevant delivery provider or law enforcement authorities.
False or Fraudulent Claims
We assess every return fairly and individually. However, where there is evidence that a claim has been knowingly made incorrectly, or an item has been intentionally damaged, altered, substituted or falsely reported as defective or not as described, we reserve all rights available under applicable law.
This may include:
Challenging inaccurate return claims.
Providing evidence to eBay during case reviews.
Reporting suspected abuse of the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Seeking recovery of losses, costs or damages where permitted by law.
Reporting suspected fraud or criminal activity to the appropriate authorities where applicable.
