K40 Signzworld
After reading about the K40 on social media specialist websites etc. I decided to buy one from a Uk distributor - it was a good decision. The unit was shipped in a plywood case, upon opening I noticed that the main viewing window was broken and after inspecting the case - there was a footprint exactly where the screen was. I contacted Signzworld and they immediately sent me a replacement screen. After buying some deionised water making a cooling tank from a 5 litre bucket and lid, holing up the extractor I was ready to sort the software out. If you’ve looked into these machines you will know to ignore the software sent with them and when ready upgrade the necessary shortcomings. I downloaded K40 Whisperer together with the latest version of Inkscape and was without any difficulty able to engrave and cut straight away. I cannot recommend Signzworld enough the kit is great and their customer service is spot on.
